The Pens For Men, which ironically were highly unpopular in their day, have now become one of the most sought after Sheaffers. They were produced from 1959 through 1968, with all but the PFM III and V withdrawn by 1962. This example, a PFM I, has chrome trim and PdAg (palladium silver) inlaid nib. It is a very smooth writing pen with medium ink flow and all new wear parts–point and barrel end seals and PVC sac. It came to me with a cracked section which I have repaired with the result that it’s almost invisible (see next-to-last photo). I guarantee the pens I restore write smoothly and fill as designed.
