Omas Bologna Fountain Pen in Smeraldo Elegante with Gold Trim – Fine Point – NEW. Designed to be a shining example of their commitment to honoring the past while looking forward to the future. The Bologna has been created in four striking colors of Diamoncast resin: Azzurro Diamante (Diamond Blue), Smeraldo Elegante (Elegant Emerald), Grigio Luminoso (Bright Gray) and Ametista Profondo (Deep Amethyst). The colors are created to mimic the original Omas celluloid created in 1930s. The slim and elegant Bologna has been updated from the pre-war design of the 1930s with a modern piston filling system as opposed to the original lever fill system, but otherwise has an almost identical silhouette. The cap ring features the Porticoes of Bologna design to symbolize Omas brand originated in the city of Bologna Italy. The Bologna is equipped with the same No. 6 14 karat gold nibs available on the rest of the OMAS collections. OMAS Bologna Fountain Pen Specifications. Edition: 2024 Standard Collection.
