Yafa Sterling Silver Ball Pen/Fountain Pen Combo. Marked Germany and sterling silver–sorry no box for this item. Push cap to advance ball pen–pen comes with two extra blue ball pen refills–universal slide in style. Unscrew cap to use fountain pen–takes standard ink cartridge. This pen came out of a pen shop closed for 20 years. I could not find any info on model number. Pen has been ink and dipped but I dont think anyone every used it as it is as close to new old stock that you could get. Needs a bit of polishing but I will leave that to new owner.
