EXCELLENT Black Snorkel Crest. Length capped – 5 1/2. Sheaffer’s Crest model has always represented the best of the best. A White Dot indicates premium features like 14k gold nib with palladium mask, and in the case of the Crest, a gold-filled cap. This black Crest is in excellent restored condition and a smooth, slightly wet writer. When I acquired it, it was in pristine condition except for a broken section stuck in its cap, and I think it remained in a drawer for the last 65 years. I will include a photocopy of an original Snorkel paper instructions leaflet. Replacement of all seals and the sac. Smoothing and adjusting the nib. Refinishing the plastic and gold-filled surfaces.
