Designed by Kenneth Parker & Dom Doman in 1963 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Parker Pen Co. This was closely followed by the Insignia Cicele, a gold filled version, not to be confused with the Gold plated Sterling Silver Cicele, called the Vermeil Cicele. The early versions had metal threaded sections, but by 1965 this was dispensed with.
