There is absolutely nothing wrong with the pen. The pen comes with all of the original papers and box. It has barely been used, and it looks like it has never been out of the box. When I put it up I cleaned it with filtered water. It uses a piston fill system, which is the reason I brought it. The cap has a magnetic clasp which is unique and the ink remain ready to use. I noticed that there are ink cartridges in the box. So there must be a way to modify the pen? But I have always preferred the piston systems. The pen is a luscious red with black trim. The nib has black trim, and it is a #6 Demi flex nib. It is a very attractive and unusual pen. It is noticed as soon as you take it out of your pocket. It has a nice size and handles well.
